I had Freedom Plumbing fix a leaky toilet in Sep '24, they replaced the wax ring. The toilet started leaking again in Feb '25, they came back out and determined the wax ring had pulled away from the toilet due to incorrect subfloor installation by the original installer years earlier. This was in no way their fault, but they could have maybe, possibly, noticed it the first time So, since they stand behind their work, they replaced the wax ring again and fastened the flange to nearby joists. They didn't charge me anything for the hour of work that it took to correct the situation! They also do an awesome job of explaining what they're doing and answering any questions. Truly HONEST workers with wonderful communication skills and top notch customer service. Highly recommend!!

Can't say enough or recommend Freedom Plumbing more highly. Called this morning with a shut-off valve leak, and Bob arrived early afternoon. He was immediately impressive - quickly evaluated, his experience obvious, very professional, without being snobby, explained everything, all reasonably priced. Freedom Plumbing is my plumbing go-to from today on. Don't hesitate - give them call. 10+ stars!

Coltan at Freedom Plumbing did an incredible job of diagnosing what our issue was, explaining it to both my wife and I and offering us multiple options like us providing the hardware and them installing or having them provide and install. We opted for the having them provide and install and couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend giving them a call for your needs!

Our kitchen plumbing (only 8 years old) had been plugging and leaking on/off since we built the home. We finally called Freedom and they came today. The plumber (John) immediately noticed that the plumbing had been done incorrectly and within an hour he had it re-plumbed correctly. Freedom has another delighter customer!
